The Senate Deputy Minority Leader today paid condolences to Osun State's Honorable Commissioner for Regional Integration and Special Duties, Dr. Bashir Tokunbo Salam over the demise of his mother, Hajia Medinat Salami Amori, who passed away.
Akogun Lere Oyewumi noted that mothers could not be old enough to die, saying that their counsels were simply irreplaceable. He noted that the deceased departed as a fulfilled woman who lived to witness her children succeed in life. He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased octogenarian Aljannat Firdaus.
The lawmaker was accompanied by his Senior Legislative Aide, Hon. Lere Ogungbade, Irewole LG Chairman, Hon. Jide Jooda, Aare Moshood Jolaiya, and Hon. Oyelakin Sikiru
