The Osun West Senator and the Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Akogun Lere Oyewumi has commended Governor Ademola Adeleke for his impressive contributions to developing the educational sector as the governor sets to recruit 5000 teachers and 250 education officers to strengthen education in the state.
In a statement through his media office and personally signed by him, Akogun described the decision as the best for the state owing to the shortage of teachers in both primary and secondary schools. He commended the Governor for giving the approval, which he said would not only make the needed manpower in relevant sectors available but also enhance the state’s economic status.
The Senator then promised to compliment the governor's effort in reforming the educational sector in Osun state. "I want to commend the governor of Osun state for his passion for education and in reducing the unemployment rate in the state" - He Concluded.
