The Peoples Democratic Party leader in Iwo Local Government, Alh. Sulaiman Bello (See Bee) inspected the ongoing road projects facilitated by Senator Lere Oyewumi in CMS Road, Paku, and Aarek Road in Iwo Local Government, Osun State. He noted that Sen. Lere Oyewumi's representation has prioritized infrastructure development as a means to boost economic development, create jobs, and improve the standard of living of the people in the senatorial district.
While addressing the residents, Alh. Sulaiman stressed that with Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Akogun Lere Oyewumi's emergence, the end has come to the era of uncompleted projects in Osun West Senatorial District. He expressed satisfaction with the level and quality of work being executed on the road projects. Alh. Sulaiman also commended the residents of the area for supporting the contractors and promised that the roads would soon be completed.
The jubilant residents extended their warm regards to Senator Oyewumi for the purposeful and quality representation. They claimed that it is the first time the CMS Road, Paku, and Aarek Road will be tarred with asphalt and concrete drainage to control floods. Alh. Sulaiman Bello assured that the emergence of Senator Oyewumi as Senator representing Osun West Senatorial District and Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate will ensure good governance and development in the senatorial district.
