As is well known, Senator Olalere Oyewumi PhD has once again shown himself to be the type of politician needed not only in our senatorial zone but also in Nigeria and Africa for the development we have been yearning for.

It was a glorious day that no one will forget; the history will be passed on to generations yet to be born when the distinguished Senator 'Lere Oyewumi was declared the winner of the election. Little did we know that the paradigm shift we've been praying for had truly arrived.

Akogun Lere, a man who appreciates people's efforts in his life's achievements, embarked on a senatorial tour to express his gratitude for the electorate's support and love that brought about his undeniable victory.

Senator Lere Oyewumi's time at the Red Chamber has shown, without an iota of doubt, that the masses did not vote for a benchwarmer. The distinguished senator has moved many developmental motions on the floor of the Senate, addressing the needs of the people of the country.

July 25th, 2023, remains fresh in our heads as Akogun raised matters concerning the development and betterment of the people of his Senatorial District in the hallowed chamber. His sincere concern for the people was displayed, reaffirming that the people did not waste their votes.

Senator Lere Oyewumi has also displayed his love for education, paying courtesy visits to the University of Osun State (Ikire Campus), Federal College of Education, Iwo, Osun State, and Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State, to assess the state of education in our senatorial district and determine where assistance is needed.

All these, among many other things, have been accomplished by the distinguished Senator within just 100 days.

As we look forward to experiencing even better days under the government of Senator Olalere Oyewumi, congratulations to you, Senator Olalere Oyewumi (Ph.D.), on your 100 days of legislative outstanding excellence. We pray for better days filled with peace and good health for you and your family, sir.
